Handrails are often coated to comply with mining standards such as BHP System CS10, Rio Tinto C3 Handrail over Galvanise System 1, FMG Inland System D, or other specifications outlined in project requirements. Handrails are typically galvanised prior to painting, with the most common paint colour being Y14 Golden Yellow. We generally apply an epoxy primer to 75 µm, followed by a yellow acrylic or polyurethane topcoat to 75 µm.

Beyond handrails, Ferro-Clean frequently coats a wide range of safety and structural items, including bollards, guards and guard posts, monorails, stringer stairs, ladders, platforms, access platforms, gates, walkway systems, floor grating, mesh guards, height bars, road barriers, kickplates, crane beams, light poles, chains, lifting bars, transport frames, workshop stands, balustrades, and storage containers.
