The new Edith Cowan University City Campus is now officially open — marking a transformative milestone for Perth’s CBD and the wider Perth City Link precinct.
Welcoming more than 10,000 students and staff, the campus is set to energise the city with a vibrant community of learning, work and creativity.
From early construction in 2023 through to completion, this landmark development has supported significant local employment — with more than 600 workers on site daily at peak periods and over 5,000 jobs created throughout the construction phase.
Purpose-built and state-of-the-art, the campus — including the renowned Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts — will play a major role in enhancing the economic and cultural vibrancy of Perth around the clock.
A project of this scale speaks for itself:
• Over 3,100 tonnes of structural steel incorporated into the build
• Ferro-Clean proudly delivered protective coatings to more than 1,600
tonnes of structural steel
We’re incredibly proud to have contributed to such an iconic development that will shape Perth’s future for generations to come.
